Strengthening local government
For the eleventh consecutive year the seminar will address the strengthening of local governments, both provincial and municipal, and new functions for the devolution of responsibilities have been assigned, ranks the problems of financing.
As has happened in recent seminars should be sought in the form of papers prior to the interventions of the speakers, and discussion at the end of each panel, an active audience participation, especially in consultations and exchange views on issues addressed, for which purpose we continue with the idea of revitalizing the role of the coordinators of each block, who have a very important participation, making an introduction, guiding the development of presentations, exhibitions and the subsequent debate .
The seminar will be held on Thursday 3 and Friday 4 November 2011. On Thursday 3 in the Aula Magna of the Faculty of Law, UNC, located in the University Center (Parque San Martin), Mza.
On Friday 4 the seminar will be held in the Auditorium of the University of Mendoza, located in Boulogne Sur Mer Street 683, Mza.
Under content, scope, and exhibitors will have the seminar, is considered to be very useful for the national, provincial and municipal officials, as well as professionals in law and economics, teachers and researchers interested in the development of the management of municipalities and provinces and other issues implied.
